You guys can make different type of build using this. I think the best way to utilize it, is to stay in gear with Counter Strike and Crit. Then Statue Global Counter Strike then the skill crit only come from Dragon Pal and from Cloud Mount. Total of Only 30% skill Crit but I think its enough to trigger it.
@@Masteryanz16 I though, if you add counter to the spell reflect dmg it would help with the numbers. But maybe you are right and regen is a better option
If you guys just want to have fun try this build. But if you're competitive I can't recommend you this build. Try at your own risk.

I probably have the highest skill crit and stun in game 83% and 35 as darklord i can one shot plume monarch as long as they dont have blitz asault
Coz some Player focus on regen instead of stun. What server are you playing region I mean.

Does it proc when you dodge ? If you add a bit of counterstrike % you might have enough dmg ? The other option would be going Skill Crit/ Regen...
