Favourite Lures for Spring and Fall St. Clair River Walleye

You are unlike any other RUclipsr and should be getting a ton more subscribers, Mike. Nobody else is giving out colors, etc like you. Over here on the US side, we get a lot more stained water from the tributaries after rain. Today was one of those days and sparkly gold or silver bellies with purple or green spine color plastics on antifreeze or blue ice jig heads was the ticket. My buddy limited in one pass and I threw them from shore this evening and did the same. Was too beat to go out in the boat after a week of fishing silvers every day and then a silver fish tournament yesterday. Good times for wallies are already here with water temps already approaching 50 F so early.

Great video, thank you as always! We watched for ya a few times on the river but haven’t seen you yet.
A lot of guys I’ve noticed have been talking up blade baits this last year or so for walleye on LSC and the river, so I’m actually thinking of trying it this year. Are you jigging them or casting the blade baits… or both in the river?
If you like the jigging rap, you should try the Rip-n-Glide by walleye nation. It comes in a huge assortment of colors too. Semi similar baits.

I usually just jig the blade baits. Thanks for the recommendation about the rip-n-glide. I'll definitely check those out!
