Hello Matinde , you sound having a trouth ache , what u can try is take warm water and put salt . Not hot but warm water . Then drink but dont swallow it , just bend your head back leave it and gorgel the saltwater in trouth . Do it every few houers .that might help if trought hurt . But u also sound like having a deeper coufgh that might need something more ..Hope u soon feel better .❤ 🤗
