@@Blissful3394They do not think that way. Most Pakistanis feel that since they are Muslim, they ruled over India. But they are taught to hate Hindus even in their school books.
Wasim was allowed to enter India when he was with his wife and she was almost on death. The Chennai airport official did not ask his visa when they received him when he hospitalize her. He is respected.
My generation grew up seeing the mutual respect and friendship Sachin and Wasim shared . Even today both Babar and Shaheen are very good boys are cordial with our team . People need to understand it’s a game and these are young boys just playing and trying to do best for their respective countries, just be easy with them.
I was from the same generation. Dont recall any friendship between Wasim and Sachin. They were cordial as any of other players.

In 2010 at mumbai airport, i had the absolute privilage of seeing wasim akram... he was with guess who, muttiah muralitharan... i just saw them with their luggage behind their security, talkin to each other.. and being a huge cricket nut, i instinctively waved and smiled, wasim akram smiled and waved back!!! Bhai...unforgettable moment!!!

I remember the one day matches in Sharjah. India used to continuously win. But once it lost due to Miadad last ball six. After that India started losing continuously. However many of these matches were suspected to be fixed. Lot of bookies were involved. Dons used to sit in Pavilions. Film stars used to attend and sit in Dons boxes. This is the period Azar was Captain and was accused in match fixing along with certain other Indian players. Fixing was so rampant, the Indian cricket board finally refused to participate in Sharjah matches .
I think the Bowler was Chetan Sharma, I remember watching it as a kid. Those days the uniform was white universally!

Pakistanis keep talking about the 56/73 or something which is the win difference in ODIs. First of all you need to understand the 80s and 90s era is long gone. India used to be a weaker team back then and since last 20 years India has been so strong that Pakistan can just dream of beating India. There will always be a few hiccups like the Champions Trophy final and 2021 T20 WC in UAE, but play 100 ODI matches against india now and try winning 10, I bet you won't be able to win more then 5. But sad part is, that record will stand for long since India doesn't play terrorists.
