Good lap time but too much tyre squeal at every corner. Looked at different gt3 real life videos and none of them squeal during hotlaps. Driving like that on an endurance will shred your tyres within a few laps.

why don't you use soft tires?
look at the temps of his tyres. softs will burn a hole through the asphalt.
