  • The plaintiff says he was hired by the defendant to do some website and app design, but he only got two-thirds of the money promised. He’s suing for the money owed. The defendant says he took the defendant in, gave him a place to stay, and offered a letter of reference. He says he owes him nothing.

I don't believe the defendant would have agreed to pay for that for an app. He could have created his own blog site to do what the plaintiff claims the app he developed does. No good business owner would ever agree to pay $10k on something like that if they knew exactly what they were getting.

I mean she asked him for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING & what makes him such a “specialist or professional” on designing apps? Did he actually go to “Design School or ? - just wondering cause it sounds like plaintiff just discovered he can design “cool” apps & now is able to charge big $ for it?
I mean kudos to him if he’s able to make $ off it, but if he has no actual “Design or Art Schooling”, then guess anyone that is good at designing can do this then??
