3 months ago, I became a Christian (was atheist before) at the age of 26. Submitting myself to the Lord and allowing the Holy Spirit to move me, amazing things have happened. I stopped smoking cigarettes, I stopped drinking, I stopped PMOing, I stopped smoking weed, Im no longer a glutton (lost 16kg), I no longer look at every woman with desire (it can still happen because I am flesh, but I pull myself back in line) and I no longer crave them at all. All I crave is the love from our Lord and saviour, and everyday is suffering, but walking with the Lord, EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE. In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, thank you for everything you’ve done for me, I am finally finding peace and a home for my heart ❤️✝️
Sorry to hear that you of course have the freedom to follow any Mythology you choose I realize it's very hard for many people to accept their own personal mortality Mythology is very powerful in the human psyche

Calling a religion 'Mythology' proves you have never read the bible let alone anything like it. The bible is just as much about spirituality as it is history. But you would know that if you read it. I loved praying all the time. I just now started praying in tongues. Thanks to you, David, it was wonderful. This was my first visit time back to my Bible study. I just started saying things so openly. Loudly directly and the whole Bible study group. Text me later a big thank you. Me too about 8 months now. Now I'm praying for whatever gift the Holy Spirit gives me , that I accept whatever He wants me to have. My hearts desire, to be honest is to know what my spirit is saying. God bless you my sister in Christ Jesus. So happy your study group was accepting of tongues. My beat friend's church is saying tongues are not for today. She thinks she's there to encourage them. She doesn't deny that tongues is her gift so she continues to do it but when she's in church she does it under her breath.
How are you guys doing that it's like impossible for me or is it because I'm young or something cause I don't understand why whenever the feeling comes I pray all the time it's a total part of my life

It has nothing to do with your age. And can I just commend you on coming to Jesus and wanting the gift of tongues at a young age....that's so beautiful. You're ahead of most. Like me, I didn't come back to Jesus until I was 52 and I've just turned 54. You're going to have to much strength and peace. I'm excited for you and though I don't know you I'm very proud of you. And the next day I felt the most amazing power in me, it felt as if I had the sun inside my heart. Proud of you brother! I am 19, I was close to the Lord when I was younger than you are now but, I was overcome in sin, still am working through a lot of it, but in the last 3 months the feeling and signs I have felt have pointed to His return to take His Church Home. I feel I understand Him and can feel the Holy Spirit working stronger than I ever have before which in my eyes is confirming the signs I have been seeing about His return. He says those who truly follow Him and Trust in Him WILL see SIGNS. Those who do NOT it will come like a thief in the night. All of us here right now though and anyone who believes in Him can say they feel His return very very soon. I can send you some things to look into about the signs and things that have been fulfilled already if you are interested, it was very eye opening and reassuring to say the least! The rising conflicts of war and rumors of war (look around.) Many years ago, onboard a Navy ship the Holy Spirit led a handful of sailors early before the sunrise to His Presence and in Prayer and God's Word. Soon revival spread through the ship. This was an amazing teaching! I did a video recently called, "Holy Spirit Takeover" where I talked about some similar things. Very rarely have I heard people speak on the Holy Spirit, let alone accurately like this. Everything I have experienced walking with (in) the Spirit these nearly four years as a believer has been amazing! He is incredible! I have yearned to hear people teach and speak on Him, the gifts of the Spirit, the manifestations of the Spirit, and etc., but I have instead had to learn on my own. In reality, I wasn't alone. He was and is leading me into all truth. I am surrendering more and more each day. I want to walk effortlessly in the Spirit and be one with Him. Where people look at me and see Jesus. I choose to yield to Him! I die daily. Blessings.
@@LoveTheLord77 Spending time in the secret place is the best way to build intimacy with the Holy Spirit. I like to sit on the floor when everyone is asleep with my bible and notebook ready. I ususally bow before God, pray (also in tongues), and pour out my heart to God. Everything on my mind, all worries. Sometimes I just lay or sit in his presence and weep, knowing he is holding me. Colossians 1 verse 17 says: And he is before all things, and in him all things hold together. Then I may look in the word and see what the Lord wants to show me. When I have said all I need to say to him, I stop thinking. I clear my mind. Then I say, "Speak Lord, your servant is listening." Just as Eli told Samuel to do in the bible. Then I write down everything I hear him speak. Sometimes my thoughts get mixed up in what he is saying, but if I am not sure if it was him or my thoughts, I wait. I get still again. If I continue to hear that same thought again and it won't go away, I know it's from him. I've learned (at least for me) he won't continue to speak until I write down the last thing he said. Later I look back and reflect on it. I meditate on it. I spend time in the word and make sure it lines up with scripture. Often the Holy Spirit quickens scriptures in my mind during this time with him. I have so many testimonies of what God spoke in the secret place actually happening. It has totally built up my faith. Definitely keep a God encounters journal. So important. Blessings sister in Christ!

This was an amazing teaching! I did a video recently called, "Holy Spirit Takeover" where I talked about some similar things. Very rarely have I heard people speak on the Holy Spirit, let alone accurately like this. Everything I have experienced walking with (in) the Spirit these nearly four years as a believer has been amazing! He is incredible! I have yearned to hear people teach and speak on Him, the gifts of the Spirit, the manifestations of the Spirit, and etc., but I have instead had to learn on my own. In reality, I wasn't alone. He was and is leading me into all truth. I am surrendering more and more each day. I want to walk effortlessly in the Spirit and be one with Him. Where people look at me and see Jesus. I choose to yield to Him! I die daily. Blessings.

@@LoveTheLord77 Spending time in the secret place is the best way to build intimacy with the Holy Spirit. I like to sit on the floor when everyone is asleep with my bible and notebook ready. I ususally bow before God, pray (also in tongues), and pour out my heart to God. Everything on my mind, all worries. Sometimes I just lay or sit in his presence and weep, knowing he is holding me. Colossians 1 verse 17 says: And he is before all things, and in him all things hold together. Then I may look in the word and see what the Lord wants to show me. When I have said all I need to say to him, I stop thinking. I clear my mind. Then I say, "Speak Lord, your servant is listening." Just as Eli told Samuel to do in the bible. Then I write down everything I hear him speak. Sometimes my thoughts get mixed up in what he is saying, but if I am not sure if it was him or my thoughts, I wait. I get still again. If I continue to hear that same thought again and it won't go away, I know it's from him. I've learned (at least for me) he won't continue to speak until I write down the last thing he said. Later I look back and reflect on it. I meditate on it. I spend time in the word and make sure it lines up with scripture. Often the Holy Spirit quickens scriptures in my mind during this time with him. I have so many testimonies of what God spoke in the secret place actually happening. It has totally built up my faith. Definitely keep a God encounters journal. So important. Blessings sister in Christ!
