Not sure if anyone cares but if you're bored like me during the covid times then you can stream all the latest series on instaflixxer. Been watching with my girlfriend for the last couple of weeks =)
I love how you keep saying this is a hard pattern, but the way you explain it makes it super easy!! even the way you talk is clear enough as for a non-native speaker to fully understand, thank you for such a cute pattern!!
I made three little "spikes" using the thorn stitch from your triceratops pattern and sew them to the dino bobble so that the bobble is the leg and the spikes are the toes. Thanks for helping our creativity evolve with your guidance! I love your channel
I just finished this little guy for the first time! Thanks for the tutorial and pattern. Everything was very clear and easy to understand. I admit I watched the leg part about three times before I got it but I managed it. The end result is super cute!
Thank you Louie ❤ My sister teaches little ones. They adore the book “Tiny T. Rex and the Impossible Hug”. I was looking all over the internet for a Tiny T. Rex pattern in order to surprise her class. Her students are from underprivileged homes. Making some of these for her class is going to make their day. It’s going to take me forever to make 18 of these cuties but, these children are so precious and appreciate every little thing. Your pattern, your help, your kindness in making these awesome tutorials has helped to bring on a lot of smiles. He may not look exactly like Tiny T. Rex but, he’ll be just as loved as their favorite book. ❤❤❤
Hello, thank you for the nice tutorial! I really enjoyed crocheting along with you, the steps were clear and easy enough, even if it's one of my first amigurumi. I can't wait to try some more of your tutorials and crochet along! For anyone having trouble with the hind leg part, I can suggest practicing with a bobble stitch (you can find plenty tutorials online) to get a feel on how to keep more loops on a hook. Also I can suggest to use an additional hook for the "little toe"/picot, as one would do with a cable knit, where you rest the stitches you don't need out of the way. I did like this: when you have completed step 1 and 2 of the leg and have three loops on your hook, move the last one on a similar sized crochet hook, ex: 3.5mm, then work with that one the ch 2 and slst on the back loop as you should, then reposition the third loop, that now has a picot/little toe, on the original hook; this way you have less chance of losing a loop while doing the picot and more leeway on such a tiny dino. You can also place the "held loops" on a safety pin or a marker. I hope that may help someone in the more complicated part of the pattern!
I finished this project last night, the difficult one and was mighty happy with myself. Thank you so much for the tutorial. Got many compliments for it 😁
I made this, loved it. I did the triceratops first, this one felt just as easy to do thanks to your instructions. The leg stitch could be called the two toe stitch since he gets his two little toes. I've gone through and made him two more times now, practicing my tension to see if I could get a less derpy looking one than the first one I did and every time I make it I'm getting better. Thanks for making these videos!
I made it! It was super fun an unbelievably cute! Thank you for making a tutorial, and please please please make more for the other dinos especially the stegosaurus!
Loved this! I made bobble-stitch arms instead and I added a sewed on belly and a spine! His name is George and if you need me I'll be in the corner making a thousand of his friends
louie, youre a legend man. even though you said this pattern was quite difficult and not for beginners, your guidance made my project look absolutely stunning even though im a beginner.. THANKS MAN
The basis of your leg stitch, is a cluster stitch or (historic term) cluny group, which you have modified or altered. You could easily call it an altered or "modified cluny group," or a "modified cluster stitch."
Louie I must say.... you kept me up until 1:30 am and this took me two days to make BUT I finished and it looks AMAZING! Thank you so much for this tutorial and I am so excited!! At the end I did sadly mess up my stitch count and the sewing killed me but for a first attempt, well (after like 20 restarts XD) I am proud. Again Louie thank you SO SO SO much!!!! Your tutorials make me so invested in crocheting!! :D
Hey everyone! :) so I figured out a way to do spikes for ur little Dino 🦖 if y’all didn’t wanna pay 💰 the $3 for the patten from club crochet 🧶 this is a way I figured out to do it I don’t know if it’s the same way he did it but this very easy way to do it So first you chain 3 the u single crochet b in the 3rd chain back loop only then slip stitch and repeat ch 3 sc in the 3 chain (bl) only and keep going until u are okay with it . Hope this helps 🦖🧶✨
I made this, I found it much easier than the triceratops to be honest. However I must have lost 2 stitches just before the legs so they were a bit off centre lol. Looks cute though. :)
Hi! I love your amigurumis and you really teach well. I'm not even fluent in English, but I can understand everything you say. Thank you for your hard work 💜
I'm having a little trouble with the feet... are the 2 steps onto the feet place in the same stitch above or half in one stitch and other half in next stitch? Basically does each foot take 1 or 2 stitches to complete? Tysvm for this tutorial so adorable
Please make a raptor pattern! I absolutely adore this little dinosaur amigurumi crochet mini-series and I need to make a whole little tiny dino set to put on display!
the tail has been the absolute most difficult part for me, the legs obviously don't look exactly the way they're supposed to but are close enough (for me). and I made two of these guys! Why does the center yarn on the tail stay on the outside on mine and on the inside of yours?
This is the second RUclips video I've followed by you and I just love these patterns! Thank you so much! I can't see how to post a picture here but I'll tag you on fb!
I love how dont cut parts in video its fully taught step by step, 😍💕thank u for this ill try making these cute dinos u made hopefuly remember to show u too 😊
After I stitch the legs I can't seem to find the stitches on the next round.. the leg stitches completely covered the stitches and I couldn't find where to do a sharp decrease.. 😪 I tried like 10x. I don't understand what I am doing wrong
I just wanted to tell you that I just finished it! But I'm gonna wait till I make him his little hat to show you 🤭 Also, thank you so much for your videos, they're really helpful and easy to understand! I've already done your little triceratops, the Chubzilla and the Goblin 😅 that last one is my favorite so far! They're incredible!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼 (And I just started crocheting a couple weeks ago 😬)
this might be silly but my dad requested I make him this in pink and yellow but I have no clue how much yarn to but does anyone know if like 50g would be too much or not enough for the main body x
Top hat is here: www.clubcrochet.com/tophat I don't have one for the bow though. I think it was just: ch 3 turn, skip the first ch, sc in next two, turn, ch 1, sc in each st. Then I cut and hid the ends and used an extra thread wrapped around the middle (II think)
Hey! Quick question, on your Etsy shop does all the pdf patterns also have a link to watch how you do it? I’m more of a watch how, haven’t seen the odd patterns yet but just curious. Thank you!
Hey everyone a little tip if y’all want to make the spikes for the Dino I figured out that if you do the same thing as you would do if you are making the teeth 🦷 it’d be the same concept at least this is what worked for me So I sc 3 then I skipped the first 2 chains and single crochet on the 3rd stitch and then I slip stitch and chained 3 and repeated the process until I was ok with how long it was 🦖✨💚🧶 hope this helped y’all who don’t want to pay 💰 for the pattern
Thank you for sharing this pattern, I made this until row.14, I try to follow this step by step but It's too hard for me. I am crochet by left hand 🤣 but I wonder finish one of super cute dino💚💚💚💚
Even though I am a beginner, I tried making this cute T rex. It turned out fine except the feet of my T rex are not aligned with the arms 😂 this is cute tho. ❤️ I'll try making another one hoping that I will get it right.

I just finished this little guy for the first time! Thanks for the tutorial and pattern. Everything was very clear and easy to understand. I admit I watched the leg part about three times before I got it but I managed it. The end result is super cute!
This was my first Dino and first of your patterns. I will be doing more. It was easy to follow, you explain every step in detail.

I much appreciate any pattern that has minimal sewing of parts.

Hello, I was doing this T-Rex now. And its one of the cuttiest thing that I ever did. Thank you! 💫
Making these fascinate me!!!! I’m just a beginner but I’m GOING to get there so I can make these things!!
Can you do a squid, but not in a 'live crochet along'? Just instructions, and none of the testing of patterns. Thanks!

I don't have one for the bow though. I think it was just:
ch 3
turn, skip the first ch, sc in next two,
turn, ch 1, sc in each st.
Then I cut and hid the ends and used an extra thread wrapped around the middle (II think)
