I think something that everyone can agree on is that family is complicated. So what would be more complicated and dysfunctional than if the Weasleys raised Y/N Black while Sirius was in Azkaban. Everyone is acting like it's Sirius' fault he got wrongfully arrested and couldn't be there for Y/N because he was literally in a maximum security prison.
