Alghamdulillah this is nice to hear .I love this series myself...listening and doing tafseer at age 52 mashallah for first time getting thru the juz ..from South africa
I don’t know why every time I listen Shaykh Sajjad recite the Quran made me cry and when I listen Shaykh Dr Yasir Qadhi made me feel happy and want to be good Muslim! I love you both of you like Prophet Yūsuf love his brothers
Don't know why this surah made me sad in between especially when Jacob/Yaqoob (AS) turned blind due to grief of Yusuf/Joseph (AS) but the ending was very happy... Alhamdulillah... :)
One of the most amazing content. Assalamualaikum wa Rahmatullah Shaykh Yasir. Thankyou for this GEM , with Allah's Grace this will help me improve in my Deen, Inshallah
Assalamu alaykom wa rahma'tullah wa barakatu, Alhamdulillah, allah knew I needed to hear this, jazaka Allahu khayran wa barak allahu feeke. May Allah reward you and elevate you in this dunya and again in the ahquirah, and may He azza wajjal, protect you, forgive you and continue to make you grow in ilm and to teach us miskeen. ameen!
I have a request that whenever there is any story in the surah, please narrate it in brief for a minute or so for better understanding of the explanation which follows thereafter.
Can you please fix the sound for Shaykh Gul's recitation. The first nine episode had awesome echo like sound effect. The last two episodes dont have it.
AlHumdulillah this is a marvellous series ...but the constant and inappropriate advertisements during the recitation is completely wrong ...to interrupt Allah’s (swt) word with adverts let alone inappropriate adverts is insulting to say the least ...please block the advertisements “Epic Masjid” if you can’t block at least monitor their content please ...trouble for me is I want thumb down for the adverts interruption but thumbs up the Tafsir content ...hmmm...any one any thoughts ?? Kenrick
Constant and inappropriate advertisement is so annoying. I listen to it on my way to work or home then these nonstop advertisements. Just take your interest away. Most of the time I forget what was the story about 😔
Referring to point 24, I have a question if true justice is guaranteed in the hereafter and one forgives the person who has wronged you in this world because a pious person must not have any malice in his heart then does that mean the evil person can get away with his sin if everyone forgives and acts piously?
A righteous person doesn't have to forgive if he/she doesn't want it. If the righteous person forgives it is the better thing to do because they will get a reward for it. As for the evildoer, if he doesn't repent and ask forgiveness then he will be punished for his evil deeds. He must be forgiven by the people *and* by Allah. If people forgive him it doesn't mean Allah has forgiven him, since Allah knows what is in the hearts (if the person deserve punishment or not). The evidence is in the following verses from the Quran: "Say, [O Muhammad], to those who have believed that they [should] forgive those who expect not the days of Allah *so that He may recompense a people for what they used to earn."* Surah 45:14 Ibn Kathir said the following regarding this verse: *...meaning, if the believers forgive the disbelievers in this life, Allah will still punish the disbelievers for their evil in the Hereafter.* -Tafsir Ibn Kathir Allah also says regarding forgiving and overlooking the deeds of the disbelievers: "Many of the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians) wish that if they could turn you away as disbelievers after you have believed, out of envy from their ownselves, even, after the truth (that Muhammad Peace be upon him is Allah's Messenger) has become manifest unto them. *But forgive and overlook, till Allah brings His Command.* Verily, Allah is Able to do all things." Surah 2:109 And Allah also said in Surah 5: "So for their breaking of the covenant We cursed them and made their hearts hard. They distort words from their [proper] usages and have forgotten a portion of that of which they were reminded. And you will still observe deceit among them, except a few of them. *But pardon them and overlook [their misdeeds]. Indeed, Allah loves the doers of good."* Surah 5:13 These people are disbelievers and will be punished in Jahannam in the Hereafter, but Allah wants us to still pardon and overlook in this dunya. That does not mean that they will get away with it in the akhirah. They will be punished for what they did by Allah. Allah knows best, i hope the answer wasn't to dragged out! Abu Ismail
Abu Isma'il of the Dhulbahante: Jazakallah Khair I was referring to a Hadis where it is said that your prayers won’t be answered during the last ashra of Ramadan if you hold a grudge against someone in your heart and the best way to remove the grudge is to forgive. Also slightly digressing what to do if even after sincerely forgiving thoughts of the past keep bringing the ill feelings back? Is there a way to purify the malice completely?
@@bu1645 I have not heard that hadith, i would recommend you ask your local Imam about that hadith as i have no knowledge about it brother. Also my reply was regarding people who wrong others and then don't ask those people for forgiveness. If a person wrongs you and then asks for your forgiveness you definitely should forgive. But if you forgive someone and still feel something in your heart then indeed we are humans and are weak brother. Do your best to repel those thoughts and don't let them overtake your mind.
