I can always count on learning something in every video you produce. This just put me in great mod looking to my next Middle school season. Not knowing what type of players I will be coaching always has me in apprehension; and my season starts right after Christmas & New year's break. So thanks for the great present coach!

Fantastic Drill. I found your insights about the adversity in practice very illuminating. I think I'm a better coach just from hearing them

Great drill Coach. Gonna need to make adjustments with my team. Otherwise, this drill will take an hour to run.

Love your stuff. What kind of monitor are u using? Looks like it is real helpful in breaking down stuff for the kids.

Excellent presentation but not sure how realistic the full back and half back concept is unless you are playing 3 on 5 in the offensive half court. The drill isn't realistic because those players will never have a head start like that nor will you have the luxury of assigning roles such as full back or half back. Its whoever is back first. there are no assigned checks in transition. Like the tips on communication though, the drill concept is excellent. Thank you
