Hackett was the translator along with Luke Getsy, Rodgers wanted some Redzone plays from his old coach that he could check to when he saw a look he liked and the offense was too wordy and long for him to check into stuff that first year
So Hackett's job is bassicly as a translator which is good so he 1, isn't gonna be designing plays, and 2, can help anyone who is unsure what Rodgers signals mean
The the skill is there we just need Aaron Rodgers to survive the whole year

I personally think Hackett is not the most creative. Given that he had to dumb down the offense because of a porous offensive line and Boyle who we know only had a job because of Aaron, Siemian who we were so desperate to get even his play at Denver showed he was a moron. Zach who has the measurable but is extremely lazy. Now we have a MAN at QB2 so we are winning the division.
