Hi I have a question can you pls help. Extra money for delivery was deducted for a kurti from my payment by Flipkart. I raised a ticket but they responded the below message-
"We understand your concern and apologize for the inconvenience caused. We request you to share the Correct Dead and Volumetric weight images of the product as shown in the attached reference image showing the product with secondary packaging and on a weighing machine. Kindly share the measurements of the product with secondary packaging."
They have shared some reference pictures on how to take the picture. I clicked the picture but again and again they are posting the same message. Can you pls help me what can i do? how to click pictures
