Yeah, that’s definitely not a 2000 Ranger, dude. It’s definitely an 01-‘03 model, 2000 has a totally different front end & taillights. Super nice little truck though, always loved these in a regular cab with the XLT package.
@@kiwifrog8878 They are, but the new Ranger isn’t bad at all either though. It just needs more engine options. Plus it’s not a compact truck anymore either.
I absolutly love all Ford vehicles. I drive a 2000 Ford Ranger 5 speed currently. I love these trucks! Rangers are great on gas with not giveing up on to much power. Just great trucks. The truck in this video is a 2001.
They’re decent little trucks, the dash lights burn out on them quick. The slave cylinders in the standard transmissions will go out on you in very cold conditions. ( I’ve had 2 go out on mine in a 3 year period, it’s a poorly designed seal on the part that starts leaking hydraulic fluid in bitter cold so I park it when temps get below 20 degrees just to be safe
@@clipsmtc I ended up selling back in October, no issues. I only had to replace upper control arms and lower ball joints but that’s cause they never changed them and was time for it and gapped my spark plugs it had a slight idle problem. It would start strong but wanted to die on idle but drove super none the less.
it is a good if i can have for 3000$ and 160 000klm??he's clean like that.is just to hire my raptor.i woul like just to know if this model is a garbage???thanks!!!nice truck

I have a 1999 daily driver and has never fail or given any signs of help. I love my truck.

It's called stepside bed.
AutomotiveReview it was a good video and thanks for the review, but I do believe that the truck is a 2001 ranger

I freain love the bed on that truck! what style is it? Because not all the rangers with this name have that bed.
Been on earth from few years ago.
How to change ball joints how to change ball joints
How much??
That ist a 2003 Ranger i think
more like 2001
THAT IS NOT A 2000 GEN 3....IJS
Sidestep, Not stepside.
its a 2001 but it was probably built in 2000 so he thinks its a 2000
youd be better off with a mazda b-series for reliability or toyota tacoma but those are expensive!
Mazda b series is an identical truck to the Ford ranger. That includes the price nowadays.
F= First O= On R= Race D= Day
not a 2000...
I would never buy a ford ever again F=fix O =or R=repair D=daily
Goonluv My dad used to say that.
You call it that. Ford owners call it routine maintenance
goonluv lhh, this is one of the very few vehicles that need hardly any maintenance at all.
so saabkyle its not even funny
