I love how Jinbei stomped on his tail like "hooo no you asked for a fight, you aren't running after you ran that smartass mouth."
So why didn't Who's Who transform back into his human form to get away? Did he just not think of it in the heat of the moment?
@@Compucles well if he did that he would 1) lose most of his power and be more vulnerable and 2) get pulled directly below jinbei before the tail disappears because the transformation is not instant.

Fighting Ace to a stalemate isn't that much of a feat post time skip tbh, if anything it makes Jinbe look weak. Ace has shown zero mastery of Haki outside of non-canon material.
The detail about Fisher Tiger showing up before his haki covered him was amazing

I adore jimbei man,his mastery over fishman karate,his battle iq,the experience he has in general and his loyalty to his captain. He is someone that has an incredibly huge value in the crew.

Seeing Jimbei flashback to his time with Luffy honestly made me very emotional and made me realize just how long he's been in this series. I love Jimbei so much, I just want to give him a hug like Luffy does.

I love how jinbei’s abilities went from 0-100
From manipulating water with fishman karate to absolutely obliterating with haki
it was invisible before but he always was an haki master.

Nah, to be fair Jimbei was always on 100. All of his fights last only a few seconds.
Guy can even pull an Aquaman and get you out of prison. Man's a GOAT.
i mean, you can even see in this fight that jimbei only uses what is necessary when he needs to use it. he's not a wasteful fighter like luffy or zoro. he activates fullbody haki for only a split second, then reverts back. that's part of his experience showing through.
Jimbei is the rock the crew needed. Older wiser nakama who’s been around the block and knows how to handle damn near any attack with his developed techniques and who and what to avoid.
he basically super powerful grandpa to the crew as well, dude enjoys when people hug him!

Gotta say breaking his fingers and his wrists is one badass way to win. I couldn't really see any other strawhat doing that to an opponent. Old head Jinbe been in some street fights in his day.
Love to see how is maturity balances out the rest of the crew as well. I was happy for him to be the last crew mate but there should still be one more 😅

Then, he was beaten by Fisher Tiger, who reformed him and (to a lesser extent) Arlong from being ruffians to people with purpose: Saving slaves and promoting the equality of Fishmen and humans. In their big brother's absence, the two of them kept the peace in the Ryugu Kingdom; Jinbe being captain of the guard on the main island, and Arlong keeping peace in the Fishman District by educating the children, although his methods were not made clear to his brothers. Jinbe has been through a lot over his decades of adventure, so it's no wonder he's so strong.
I mean Jimbei wasn’t a Shichibukai for no reason. Man’s a whole army 🫣
This fishman arrived late to Wano after staying behind in Whole Cake Island, specifically to fight Big Mom for his old crew's safety and his excuse for being late was the going away party they threw for him, not recovering from the fight. I'm 1000% sure that by the end of the series Zoro, Sanji, and Jimbei will be Yonko level, on par with if not surpassing the likes of Whitebeard, Kaido, and Shanks, and Luffy will be in a league of his own.
To highlight even more of a beast that Jimbei is, not only is he out of his element on land, but he just shattered an Ancient Zoan's bones with minimal effort. The class of Devil Fruit that are most well known for their durability and strength, he crushed his hands like they were ripened fruit... Love me some angry Jimbei, almost as much as happy Jimbei!
It’s because he uses fishman karate, he uses the water inside who’s who to hurt him. But who’s who is not a commander so it’s hard to tell how good he’ll do against one.
@@King-2077 Oh, for sure, the strikes he served Whos-Who targeted the water within... I was more referring to him straight up breaking his hands with the Shark Grip, but fair!
I have a suspicion that Jimbei could easily do some real damage to someone on King or Queen's level; even without Ryuo, both Law and Killer could bypass Kaido's nigh-invulerable dragon scales with their respective abilities, so there's precedent that Jimbei could have as well, I think!
Here's hoping Jimbei gets another showcase of some devastating moves in the future!

It's pretty hilarious to see, not only the techniques Lucci used against Luffy being completely nullified, but also the ironic move Jimbei used against Who's-Who, stepping on his tail, to make him unable to escape; in contraposition to Lucci catching Luffy with his tail, so he doesn't dodge his last attack.
Current Lucci is a lot stronger than Who's Who..

I believe that gave him motivation to get even stronger, he shows up sometimes and he always shows some impressive speed and strenght.. just wait and see.. I think Oda has great plans for Rob Lucci

@@mastergoku4321 Oda outright said that Lucci has been training just as hard as Luffy. And he is clearly the strongest member of CP0. He and Kaku are going to be on a different level than Who's Who. Tbh I doubt even Zoro is beating current Lucci. They'll need the Captain or would have to gang up on him if Luffy isn't there.
Such a badass moment for Jinbe. This scene really shows you that he deserved his place as one of the 7 warlords and rightfully holds his spot in top 4 strongest of the crew.

What makes this eve more impressive, and highlights just how strong Jimbei is. Is the fact that this is out of water. Where fish man karate is least effective. Yet he’s still this strong. Goes to show how much of a monster Jimbei is when he’s in the ocean.

Giving Jimbei the fist-doesn’t-connect technique was so on point.
Ryu is the new Haki. Just like when Haki was first introduced and 'only a select few powerful have it' Nowadays I think there is even an episode where all the Navy fodder soldiers use it on their swords. They had to upgrade it, and now there will be those who Ryu and those who don't. Hitting with the fist without the fist connecting shows Jinbei gots it.

@@froodtube With Jinbei, it is entirely fishman karate. Fishman karate works by manipulating water, including the water in the air and in the target's blood. Thus, Jinbei uses his fishman karate on land to hit his target's internal organs directly.
We knew Jimbei would humble Who’s Who’s real quick when members of cipher pol said “If he (Who’s Who’s) lives that is, he’s facing the mighty Jimbei.”
Jimbei is probably the only one who didn't struggle throughout the war. He won pretty easily.
Franky too…the hardest part of his fight was the fact that sasaki’s underlings kept interfering…

I love how before this, finger pistol was something that always dealt damage, like even with armament Haki it still passed through. But once Jimbei gets serious, he straight up breaks Who's Who's fingers with just his defence!
I love this scene because we’ve only seen little bits of jimbei’s power and it felt like here we get to see just how powerful he can be and why he belongs in the straw hat crew

This is one of my favourite moments of Jinbe in the show. Animations and effects were also awesome
I didn't really understand why there were so many shockwaves after his punch, but just think of how hard it is to actually punch hard underwater. Now imagine someone who can break walks underwater with ease, actually punching as hard as they can above water. Makes sense lol.
And this is why I love this guy! Jimbei be my fave Strawhat!! God it feels good to call him that now!

its not ryou its fish man karate its a martail art that attacks with water vapor inclding the water in a person's body (like blood)

@@morganirvine2327 Normal Haki user can only use Observation and Armament as Conqueror can only be used by a select individual. You have to train extremely hard in either Observation or Armament just to be able to do the advance version of them. Jimbei probably train in Armament a lot to be able to go full body armament as regular armament Haki user can only go partial. Also Fishman Karate masters that knows the brick fist don't need Ryou as the Brick Fist doesn't do external injury it do internal injury meaning no matter how strong your Armament Haki is you still will get hurt when you take a Brick Fist to the chest.

Man, I didn't expect Jimbei to just trounce people like this even though I have every reason to. He's just such a decent dude that you don't expect him to go around breaking bones.
I feel we're gonna have the same situation with Garp. We have all the evidence we need to say he's probably one of the heaviest hitters in the series but we've only ever seen him about to get down to smacking people around. Back in marineford, sengoku probably held him back from fighting akainu not out of fear he'd lose the fight, but from the consequences of killing someone who's technically his superior.
God I love Jimbei so much. What an addition to the crew. How cool can a character be?
Jimbei taking who's who fang pistol straight in the face and not even blinking was my favorite scene in this episode.
Also their talk about the slaves and the sun god were extremely interesting.

I was never a big fan of Jimbei and this episode changed my entire opinion about him, when Jimbei broke his fingers that was badass.
Jinbei stepping on who’s who’s tail was homage to rob lucci catching luffy with his tail in their fight. The small attention to detail is so satisfying.

I like to think that bellow Luffy in the straw hats, Zoro is represented as having the best (and only) conquerors haki, Jimbe is represented as having the best armament haki, and Sanji as having the best observation haki
I would even argue that jimbei has better armament haki than luffy since we have never seen anybody in the series cover their whole body in advanced armament haki

After all Virgos Haki is even above Current Sanji which is why I’m sure Oda gave Sanji Germa ties so that his body acts like full body armament by default

@@jamesfoxsmith Lol Jinbei has BEEN stronger than Doflamingo. Did you forget that Doflamingo could not even scratch Gear 4th? Dressrosa Doflamingo is not even higher Yonko Officer level. Jinbei sent Big Mom flying way back during The Whole Cake Island Arc.
@@mee091000 I highly doubt Jimbei could handle 4th Gear Luffy, either. Sending Big Mom flying is nothing compared to actually beating her.
Doflamingo, meanwhile, is probably on a similar overall level to Katakuri and King, and Luffy had a bad match-up just trying to figure out ways to actually hit Katakuri.

Seeing this episode last week was insane! Everything that Who’s Who revealing about Luffy devil fruit and then learning he was a secret CP9 agent that escaped Impel down. Insane! Then to see him transform in to a Rob Lucci type of transformation. This is why One Piece is the best! The suprises be out of this world
