Go to capcut and select your image, go to filters, choose the black and white one. Then get a green screen shurakin eye thing and remove the background and apply to the eyes, then you go to the diamond shaped thing in the right side and press it. Those are keyframes, you want to add a keyframe per angel which can be accessed by basic. and for the eyes closing part, go to libary and to capcut then press the black video and make it smaller, then do the keyframes to move it down and up. TLDR: Use keyframes for the eyes and eye lids.
