not once, but twice in the last 8 years, I had a pretty quick, furious relapse. Thanks to seeing this channel years ago, I utilized GABA, L-theanine and CBD Oil. It literallly saved me from getting back down in the hole of hell, that is a participating Alcoholic.
I’m not 100% certain of the brand as I tried a few . But always The strongest one available that had next to zero THC. You local Dispensary can help. If not online options galore. It’s worth getting
@@captainofmysoul6162 as far as dose.... I would take 3 -4 full tinctures for a few days to settle the 'shakes' a couple GABA and a couple L-theanine. It seriously, did a better job than the Diazapame the Dr gave me. I flushed the big pharma crap down the toilet on day 3.
I have been taking GABA for several years, I know it supposedly doesn't cross the blood brain barrier, but I definitely feel the effects of taking it. Each morning about 20 minutes before eating I take GABA along with lukewarm water and a green vegetable powder. My mood is much better and I don't get stressed or angry as often when taking it. Also, my consumption of alcohol has drastically changed and I lack the desire to drink. I also drink a lot of green tea throughout the day so that also helps with raising the GABA levels.
That's a good point. I've been fighting alcoholism in a long time and I use some natural medicines mentioned in the video, like valerian, chamomile, green tea and Yoga. They help me a lot in balancing my GABA levels and keeping me away from alcohol.
Initially I was excited about the positives of Kava mentioned in this video however when it was pointed out that liver toxicity was connected through some research studies despite the controversy surrounding it, it was enough to deter me. I will stick to outdoor exercise and camomile tea
Kava was banned for awhile if not now and it made me feel drugged which makes me panic. Ashwaganda reduces cortisol but also has some side effects and bad for kidneys valerian too strong and makes me have nightmares where I can’t wake up but am conscious. I find vetivert and ylang ylang incense is calming. Earl grey tea and even the scent cures depression with no side effects
Hey Chris, I just watched your video and I must say that it was really informative and well-made. I was wondering if I could help you repurpose your long videos into highly engaging shorts? I can also make high CTR thumbnails for your channel
