I have been listening to this recording to help me fall asleep ever since I was 16 and quite sad and lonely. I’m a senior in college now and almost 23… I still fall asleep to this music when I need some help relaxing and finding peace. It reminds me of all the nights that led to a better day. If you have borderline you would know how hard it is day to day to maintain stable emotions and not over react, you feel disrespected and hurt easier and your pick apart every aspect of your life and your relationships, know that I am the same if you’re struggling with borderline and I frequently come to these places on RUclips when I feel low , raw, emotional, an attack coming on, you name it . There is hope don’t give up ⭐️
Works very well for me, each time my mind gets too busy with ideas. A piece of advice for those who struggle with falling asleep: quit carbohydrates, go on high protein diet and drink a lot of water. Depressed people have tendency to kill mental pain with sugar, thus problems with insomnia. Stay strong, believe in yourself and never let anyone break you down. You are valuable and unique! ⭐️🌹

Works very well for me, each time my mind gets too busy with ideas. A piece of advice for those who struggle with falling asleep: quit carbohydrates, go on high protein diet and drink a lot of water. Depressed people have tendency to kill mental pain with sugar, thus problems with insomnia. Stay strong, believe in yourself and never let anyone break you down. You are valuable and unique! ⭐️🌹

All I can say is “WOW”! I can never fall asleep to any kind of music, but I was desperate and looked up some. My decision led me to you. It was the best choice I could have ever made.
