This was my first launch ever that I have seen live in person and it was absolutely amazing. Congratulations ULA and thank you for this unforgettable experience.
Hell of a first launch!
Hi, may I know where did you watch it? I'm planning to see the last launch of Delta IV Heavy next month but haven't decided where to watch it. Thanks!
@@naiqizheng Hi, during my visit at KSC I stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Titusville Kennedy Space Center Hotel. This hotel is directly at the NASA Causeway at the Indian River and it features an amazing roof top viewing experience. You can see all the pads very good and it was very comfortable that you have only to go up the elevator in the hotel to visit the launch in the middle of the night. If you have further questions feel free to ask :)
ULA, your launch highlight videos are just as cool as your launches. HUGE thanks to the team that puts these together.

That slow-mo view from the Mobile service tower is gorgeous. love the mach diamonds from the RS-68s!
Beautiful Sound Barrier donut. One day, I'll head up to watch.
Thanks for another great video. I appreciate the dedication and resolve of the entire team on this mission.
While every Delta IV heavy launch is a spectacular show, nothing will ever match the sheer vibe that Vandenberg had with those launches.
Delta IV heavy ❤
I love how at 1:12 you can see the core booster has a shorter flame length than the side boosters
That's because a few seconds after launch, the core booster is throttled down to partial thrust level
thanks for sharing🎉
What a wonderful beast.
Love this
1:14 🔥🔥🔥
The most beautiful rocket flame of all!
Go ULA!!
Great video
Congrats. personally I'd like additional footage of the in-space part.
Nice.
Espectacular 💪💪💪💙💙
Wish the weather would of been better for Florida but still saw it for a second or two. I’m gonna miss this rocket. Last launch scheduled for February 2024
That! Is! The! Hottest! Stuff!
I was watching the launch from a mile away
Vulcan is coming but it is hard to imagine anything mightier than Delta Heavy just at launch when the excess if burned off....just too much !!!!! GO VULCAN
ULA is most successful launch company in the world❤
BravoZulu ULA!
The penultimate launch...
What was Le payload? 😋
Is tis the last Heavy launch?
How many Delta IV launches are left?
One
Just NROL-71 this time next year
Yup...😎
Dwayne chéri je t aime si fort mon merveilleux amour
Love so lifftof with u Dwayne Elliot chéri
Love so Space with u chéri...
Shame all of those componets are wasted.
first
Gee, the Delta IV has three RS68, more thrust than the four Antique Historical Reusable Space Shuttle SSMEs used on NASA's SLS. NASA should switch to RS68A instead of the Priceless SSMEs.
RS-68s can't handle the heat from the SRBs, they'd basically melt. They did briefly consider using the RS-68s on SLS (what with the RS-68 being a disposable derivative of the RS-25) but after they found that issue they had to scrap that idea
I'm sorry to tell you ULA fans but this is probably it's last flight. No one wants to waste money on 1970s rocket technology anymore
One more flight is scheduled. Obviously this was in the plans for years.
@@xandervk2371 yes. Years and years and years and years...

@@xandervk2371 you sound like a ULA executive. Tory knows the program stinks
It’s more cost.
People will still go for the more expensive ones if it means more stuff that it can carry, the delta IV heavy isn’t even that old… it’s from the early 2000s
