It sounds like his risk management is not on point as any successfull trader does not blink about a loss, and there should never be a big loss only another loss , all lossses should be the same in percentage if you are using proper risk managment...
I have enough now where if I don’t get a stop set in time then I don’t mind waiting a week, month or year to get back in the green and sell. I’m pretty tight though I don’t like losing money so I never even set stop losses. Just a stop where I bought in at 😂

I heard a trader once say, every day you either give money back or leave money on the table, thats how I've accepted taking my win "too" soon, I've become better at letting the winners run though

If I was a consistently profitable trader, I would take out money from my trading account that is supplementary to my base capital as income. The frequency could be whatever you decide for it to be (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly). And every so often I would increase my base capital to give myself a raise.

It's so irritating how many guys don't appreciate there hair that there blessed with or try to improve there hair situation. Caps are nice sometimes but when I see a guy with a cap it just looks like he's hiding something. But there are some exceptions. But still try to improve your hair game.
