I mean, she's an actress, so even if it's not her kind of shows, I guess she still pays attention to some aspects of the production. I always thought a great ending for her would have been to get a role on a big scifi/fantasy show using what she's learned from the guys.
This episode was genius on a subconscious level. Sheldon having that dream tells a lot about his character. By Professor Proton passed away and that was his idol, he bridged that in a way to help his character evolve. And since he's the epitome of his imagination, Sheldon knows that deep down, he has a problem with coming off heartless sometimes but due to Asperger's Syndrome, he never knows when he's in the wrong. He doesn't vent to his friends so he vent to himself through his idol. When he wakes up and he's in denial and not ready to move on with the way he live his life because he still fears change. That's very deep, I knew I loved this show for a reason❤

Wookie life day is a reference to the 1978 Star Wars Holidays special. It was a pretty awful special, life day was the Wookie's X-Mas. The only good thing about that show was the first animated debut of Boba Fett, otherwise not worth it.
The Darth Jar Jar theory wasn't proposed until 2016, this episode is pre-Force Awakens (2015), so likely why it wasn't mentioned here. In addition, the show isn't quite as up on its geek cred as you may think - it goes for the more obvious signs of geekdom without going into the nitty gritty. For example, Sheldon saying he "lost 11 Doctor Whos" would actually be a big no-no in the Doctor Who fandom at the time, because the Doctor's name isn't "Doctor Who". So a picky fan like Sheldon would have said something like "I"ve lost 11 Doctors from Doctor Who", but that would have ruined the joke.

Taking a break from Star Wars until 2027 (Star Wars' 50th anniversary). Just tired of only getting Star Wars presents and people only talking Star Wars movies with me. And tired of the Darth Jar Jar conspiracy. I just watch the movies pretending that he's not there. As I got older, I got less into the movies and more into books and comics and role-playing games (the last one especially). I wanted to start a Star Wars role-playing group, but everyone only wanted to be a Jedi. No one wants to be a smuggler or a bounty hunter or a Rebel pilot or a Clone Trooper. Basically no one shared my view on Star Wars. The closest was a friend of my mom's who got me the core set of Star Wars Imperial Assault. She didn't know what she got me and she tried it out. I don’t think she enjoyed it much, but she was happy that I was having fun. May she rest in peace.
I remember when i saw this when it came out. i stopped watching when leonard say arthur died to look up if bob newhart had actualy died. i figured that was where it was going, but force ghost arthur is great
One thing bad about current Disney Star Wars is that characters have plot armor to survive being stabbed by a lightsaber. Even though Qui Gon, a master got killed in Episode 1.
JarJar also did not bother me when watching the prequels, at least not as much people often make it seem. Sure he was a bit annoying at times and definitely dumb, but honestly so was C3PO, even though he at least was played well against R2D2 which made them better as a duo. But JarJar does not take that much space in the movies anyway, I have no idea why some people can't stand him so much. Maybe it was because he did not fit the tone of the movie very well.

Wookiee Life Day… yeah, try and look up the Star Wars holiday special. Warning: it’s a dumpster fire. George Lucas himself has made efforts to try and erase it from existence.
When sheldon hug leaned at the end allways makes me cry . To see sheldon vulnerable and emotional realy gets my tears going

I love these reactions as usual. However, in the daytime version, Bernadette is censored when swearing.
Bob Newhart is Prof Proton. You should know him as Bernard from The Rescuers if you watched it.
He also was the star of 2 different sitcoms in the 70's and 80's, not to mention all of his guests' starring roles. 😊

I’m just going to say it: The Phantom Menace is BETTER than Attack of the Clones!
I thought that was the popular opinion. I mean Aotc is one big whine fest from Anakin.
And Attack of the Clones alone was better than all three of the sequels combined.
