The scenery and food look amazing! I've only been to Bahamas, US Virgin Is & St Maarten (just quick shore excursions from a cruise). I'd really like to go to Jamaica :)
Thank you! St. Elizabeth is quite far from the cities (Kingston and Montego Bay - where the airports are located) but it is a very lovely parish. very slow paced. I hope you get the chance to visit one day.
I have been there before I had a youtube channel. I am not sure what it is like during covid now. I have gone to Rose Hall for their day and night tour. I didnt know they serve food there. I will check it out next time.
Not wanting to be a party pooper, but why would anyone try rundown with French Toast. What about fry dumpling, or banana or plantain. But French toast?

That salt fish fritters is not what I made. Don't look like it. Its more resemble a dumplin.
I have always know fritters to be flat as well but lately I start to see it round at some restaurants. Maybe to have more filling and meat.
