9:35 It's understandable to not wanting to do 700-1000 hour grind but does it justify calling the series extreme chunk? There are normal chunk accounts that have done several hundred hour grinds. One example being slay brother's 500 hour mining grind on episode 4. And Stoey decide to end his extreme chunk account because a death chunk that would have taken otherwise thousands of hours. You of course create your own rules, the title just might be a bit misleading. imo extreme chunk accounts shouldn't have exceptions other than meme drop rates, RDT and skilling pets as the two latter aren't chunk specific. Normal chunk accounts can still have some impressive grinds! Then again xtreme is an arbitrary description although most extreme chunkers I have seen refer extreme as limpwurt's rule set. This is just my thought, I'm still excited to see where the account goes even if it is custom rule set between extreme and casual chunker. Edit: You could have got around the tree requirement by lighting fires on main account that you don't need to cross chunk borders.
@Kaelygon It’s solely for content creation purposes, and alongside pets the only exception I’m making to the xtreme ruleset. I suppose the name would really be semi-xtreme, but it’s just semantics really. In my opinion it won’t really matter to the viewer if I kill 20,000 Lanzigs or 100,000 Lanzigs, but for me the difference is 700-1000 hours. It just doesn’t make that good content. There are a lot of multiple hundred hour grinds and deathchunks (hint: Keldagrim and pedals) incoming most probably. Appreciate the feedback ❤️!
Partially inspired by you I've chosen the Fremennik region to lock myself in for my region locked group ironman. I've spent so much time jumping across that bridge for 1 xp at best and 5 damage at worst hahahaha. I need to figure out how to train crafting.
A small correction, but you CAN milk the cow without Fremennik Trials. You can also use the butter churn and get water from the well. Everything else is off limits, unfortunately.
i'm 3 minutes ish in and please, please tell me you remembered that peer the seer deposits your items XD i started a fremmy one chunk years ago and i was banking every single fish til like 50 fishing (at which point i ended up quitting). Subbed i can't wait to see more!! Can't believe you're only at 1k subs
I’m not too big of a fan of the exceptions. Part of how I see chunk accounts is pretending that the rest of the map doesn’t exist and using what you have. Still a well made video though. Good luck!
Some exceptions make it possible and it doesn't matter to me as long as it is both entertaining for the chunkman and me. I dont think exceptions make a difference unless it is simply and endless list of them and making one or 2 doesnt always enable that as its up to the chunkman.
@@dysae4484 Well it’s plenty possible to complete the chunk without doing fremenik trials. You just do as much of the quest as you can and then you come back when you unlock the required chunks. Part of the excitement of the excitement of getting to new chunks is unlocking quests that you have been unable to do because of location. I’m not saying the series isn’t still going to be entertaining. It’s just a little bit less like a chunk account feeling
The whole problem with “Mining under Fally when a Relleka account” is a very common issue with chunk accounts. It would EASILY be resolved by chunking every map! Chunk underground dungeons, everything. That’s how I do it when I play my own chunk accounts. It also kept me from having to smith a mithril platebody (by only using bar drops for xp) upon starting in draynor. Someone explain why this completely sensible solution is never considered
Yeah you can’t use the premade chunk roller but it’s just another number added on. Roll every transportation method that unlocks a new area. I’ve even made 32x32 chunk accounts. It can be cleaner and more fun and sometimes more restrictive. Every new area is a roll. So why block a usable transportation method like keldagrim when it could just be another roll when chunk picking?
