Just sold my X8 200 and ordered and waiting X10 500 Exec. to be delivered before end of January 2013. As we (Croatia) are next door to Italy, Piaggio service and dealer network is outstanding! Even if I miss something here, takes me 45 minutes drive to nearest Italian city for spares! LOL! Physically 125, 350 and 500 are the same. I'm big guy, but believe me-this baby is ENORMOUS! 0,5 cm LONGER and 4,5 cm GREATER wheelbase than Burgman 650! If you ride long runs like I do-opt for 500, pays out.
Too bad. On mentioning word "scooter" most people think of "Vespa-styled" two-wheelers. Today maxiscooters are anything but that! They are bigger and often pricier than mid-class "regular" motorcycles. In Europe maxis are in big-time as more and more people realise their practicality. I have couple of biker friends who sold their bikes and bought Gilera GP800, Yamaha T-Max and Suzuki Burgman. Their knees are grateful! :-) Even sweared bikers are accepting us with no grudge on rides and parties.
