If anyone is having problems dealing with Alex's super lll just anti air it with a grounded normal. It has no invincibility. Also DON'T JUMP or you'll be caught in the grab.
Any Alex user using Stun Gun Headbutt has to judge and anticipate the distance of the opponent when they use it, best ways to counter it is back dash or use a anti-air move...
It’s also a nice inescapable stun if you cancel into it from HP Flash Chop against an opponent who lacks an upper body invul move to challenge it with. The block stun is so massive that you can’t jump or back dash the throw before it lands. Definitely one of my favorite things to knowledge check people with online.

You can jump but pre-emptively is much smarter than after the startup
You can jump as soon as the super flashes.
It’s not a 1 frame startup.
