Michael Jayne makes first court appearance for murder of Sgt. Hooser

- The man charged with hitting and killing Santaquin Police Sgt. Bill Hooser with a semi-truck made his initial court appearance Wednesday afternoon.
Michael Aaron Jayne, 42, appeared before Judge Robert Lund in Utah's Fourth Judicial District Court, where he has nine felony charges against him. He attended the hearing virtually from the Utah County Jail in Spanish Fork.
When he appeared on-screen, Jayne was in a wheelchair, he had a neck brace and an apparent oxygen tube in his nose. He also had visible cuts on his face.

@@MercedesHale-jx3tu the semi truck he was driving when he hit the officer and killed him was his semi truck he was working he stole vehicle's after he struck the officer

@@dsarmy1 not the one he was pulled over in that was his I'm a truck driver and I know the hole story and I'm from Utah County in Utah so unless you really follow the story don't chime in jackA$$..🙃
