After 5 years of waiting, Sonic.exe The Destiny has finally been finished!
About The "OUT OF BOUNDS" SCREENS:
They are like anti-cheat screens. Their role is to prevent players from glitching the game or cheating by skipping certain parts or anything. Once someone attempts to do so, this Screen pops up and your game restarts (really useful tbh and should be included in most games!).
This games has 2 different "OUT of Bounds" Screens: The normal one, and the CREEPY one which might take a few attempts to get it.
About the level select code:
You need to find the 3 secret levels before getting any ending. These secret levels are useful for unlocking secrets and to get the code. The code is broken into 4 parts. Endings that hide some numbers of the code are:
Sacrifice ending
Betrayed ending
Guardian's Last Stand Ending (Knuckles solo)
Despair Escape ending (Tails and Eggman Duo)
Type the code during the Title Screen (don't do it too fast otherwise it won't work)
Description: After so many adventures of Sonic and His Friends things get distorted a little bit more than anticipated... Play as Tails, Knuckles, Dr. Robotnik & Metal Sonic and discover the truth of everything to save Mobius from a distopic demise!

I heard there is a third secret "Out Of Bounds" message... I wonder how can we get it ...?
SunFIRE didn't show anything about a third out of Bounds frame, neither anybody else, so it's probably not true. Also I think 2 out of Bounds screens are enough
I know the chances of this being true are low, but in SunFIRE's last video, I saw a comment (It's pinned) saying that there is a second variation of the "Out Of Bounds" secret. The only hint that he gave is that it doesn't depend on randomness@@TheBlackFoxDude
