I missed these type of professional videos. I know you made changes to keep your personal and work life offline (and rightfully so), but I definitely missed seeing the passion you have for work, the law, professionalism, office standards etc. I know nothing about law (beyond HR) but love listening to you speak about the process and seeing that spark you have for your life's pursuits. ❤️ You seem to be doing well and I hope that is true!
So our own Canadian pro helping a lot of people. Excellent personality. I showed this video to my daughter who is going to Osgood
I’m not a law grad but I’m an international medical grad now applying to USA medical residency. there is a lot of struggle but once overcoming the hurdles one can’t really explain the intrinsic satisfaction one has having succeeded. Congrats!!
I am getting ready to take the bar exam for the first time. I actually found your channel when I was looking for law school things. I would love to hear more about your bar exam. Please hurry those videos-my bar exam is this month. :)
Filmed another one today, coming soon! ♥️
Elle, you are so well spoken and such a great Motivation. XX from Germany!!
Wonderfully helpful, thank you.
Thank you Elle, tfs, this will be beneficial to many people! Xx
I enjoyed seeing professional content again as well. I don’t practice law, but I sit for another professional license next week. Studying and navigating the process… has been a process!
Good luck on your exam! ♥️
Congratulations! You are so helpful. Thank you!
Excellent video, Elle! ♥
This is an interesting listen. I love your channel because of the professional aspect that you bring to it. I also love the foods you make and your lifestyle. Please continue to do these kind of professional videos. I’d love to hear more of your career path especially with the move from Canada to the US. What made you decide to move and stay in Washington?
Civil Procedure - brings back so many memories of my monotone professor - who happened to be a Federal Court Judge lol. I also totally forgot about the MPRE. We were able to take that in our second year of law school -after we took Ethics.
The worst for non-litigators haha 😂
Thanks, Elle. Could you do a video on your process and plan for studying while you worked full time? Thanks!
This is good information to know. I love your videos.
Thank you!
Nice work, congrats!!
Very impressive Elle ❣️
Excellent video!
I studied law here in Sweden in my thirties and I am now retired.
it was so helpful thank you, can you please also talk about the canadian bar exam and your experience also the NCA tests ?
I'm so beyond proud of you Elle. Congratulations once again.
Thank you Evelyn, that means a lot to me!
global resources, talent and issues are more in need now to share with all. Advocacy is generally known as a selfish profession, where seniors often miser to give space to juniors to grow. Its satisfying that the new fellows like Miss Elle sparing their valuable time to share with future aspirants. I have associated with law and justice for some decades and I appreciate your endeavor. Please keep it up.
Congratulations!!
Thank you Mary!
Congratulations on all your success Elle! All your hard work paid off. Did you know from a young age that you wanted to be a lawyer? What made you chose law as a career path?
I wanted to be a jewelry designer first, I didn’t lean into the idea of law until I was in high school and loved debate and reading case law ♥️ now I get to do both!
@@ElleFlorence at least you were blessed to be able to pursue the best career path for you and are happily thriving. That’s great! My dream job since I was very young was to be an Air Traffic Controller. My family was not supportive and discouraged me with every step. I finally gave up on my dream. I wish I would have never listened to them. Now I am too old to be a Controller. I think the max age now to begin is 31.
I am looking for mindset n productivity for studying
Coming in the next video!
Great, New Hampshire.
Thanks for sharing! I remember in past vlogs you have been an adjunct professor. I’d love to hear your thoughts about that experience while you were working. Again - Congratulations, hard work pays off 😀
Hello, am a lawyer from Cameroon and would like to take the Californian Bar, though I did Law School in Abuja-Nigeria, so am wondering how to go about it.
Looking at you as your neighbour many years ago to coming out as a very successful professional, I am very proud of you. Come back to visit us when you are nearby
I smiled when I saw the Jade scarf in the background. I have been taking mine with me from room to room all week just to look at it! 🤣 I do that every time I purchase a new Nouvelle Apparel scarf. 🤣🤣
I’m so happy you love your Nouvelle Apparel! 🧣
@@ElleFlorence I truly do love them. I have 13 now, (and more on my wishlist!) and the first one I purchased looks as fresh as the one that just arrived, even after years of wear and washes. I wear my black cardigan at least once a week and my Akoya studs several times a week. I’ve been so pleased with your collections. Can you tell I’m a huge fan?! ♥️
Do you have bar material reviewers?
What was your masters in? I’m currently working full time and working towards a Master in Public Health, but interested in how a law degree could help me be a better public health leader.
It was in law as well (LLM). I took a variety of advanced classes on corporate and securities law and my thesis focused on corporate governance. Congrats on your studies Sara!
I really want your help, I am a foreigner lawyer and the procedures here in washington are so hard to follow. Let me know if you can talk or chat. Thank you!
Did you gave NY bar exam or Washington Bar exam??
I love your Goldie lock my little trooper !
🤩🙏🥰
I had no idea that an LLM could count as a JD! That’s fascinating
It doesn’t, but it’s a path to take the Bar exam in several states, both for foreign qualified students and attorneys sometimes too.
This is so helpful!🎉
I love British accents .. you have American accents!
Can you help me???
Hello!
You did it without LLM?
I have an LLM from the University of Toronto, not a US school - so yes, I was approved to take the bar on the basis of my work experience.
@@ElleFlorence in New York they have this issue?
Where I can find it?
Thank you so much.
I know they have this issue in Texas.
@@ElleFlorence can you make a video talking about that. I am in the situation please ❤❤❤
For what BAR exam conducted?
