As a retired diesel mechanic / farmer your advice on buying a larger tractor than a glorified lawn tractor; is great advice. That's what made the old Ford 8N such a great all around work horse. I also tell people to say away from 3pt mounted backhoes. If you have need of a hoe rent a trac-hoe, you'll save money in two ways. You'll get the job done without breaking something on your tractor!!!
Thank you for the comparison. I wondered what the minor differences were. I just bought my RK37 3 weeks ago from the Rural King in Niles Michigan. I also live in SW Mi. I watched your review on the likes and dislikes. I agree with what you said also so far. I am comparing this in a way to my JD 3039R cab tractor. I bought this for almost the same reasons you did. I did not want my cab tractor getting destroyed in the woods. I found the loader on the RK for me easier to operate and more responsive than the JD. I will be installing the 3rd. function kit also for my grapple. Thanks for the RK videos. I am now subscribed.
I bought my RK 37 back in Nov 2017. Honestly I should have gone with the 55 cuz the 37 is a little light in the loafers for stacking round bales. Also it is challenging to find accessories (like with your mirrors). But other than that I have no complaints. I've been very satisfied with the performance of the tractor. I am looking at wheel weights for my RK37. I see that you have the suitcase weights for yours and your friend has the same for his TYN 354. Where did you get the weight rack and weights? Anyone have any info on the bolt pattern for the RK37? I found wheel weights that are supposed to fit the T350 & T353, but couldn't find the specs on the tractor itself...
Hello Terry great video , Just a quick question if you dont mind , Im looking at the RK25 does the Rural King tractor division act like any other tractor dealer like on the price of the tractor or attachments , Just curious how they handle everything . Thank you sir in advance !
all their dealers have the same price on tractors and attachments doesn't matter on location. The price online is the same price you get at the dealership.
You are very welcome. They are real good tractors we have own John Deere tractors for years and for a Comparison It's not the same it's not comparing Apple's to apples it's more like comparing apples to oranges. If you're looking for dealers right around the corner then I guess I would go with a name brand tractor . Bang for your buck and durability I recommend the RK tractors any day. I abuse ours every day of the week and it keeps on ticket

The weights are resting on 4 inch by 1/2 inch plate steel that is welded on to a t bar that was gotten from tractor supply
I’ve got an RK 55 😃 Love it! 😊
Just trying to find out where you got mirror kits for rk? Hope you still having good luck with your rk. Thanks a ton
It looks like the RK has adjustable arms on the 3 pt hitch.

Don’t they have completely different engines?
No not at all
RK tractors are made by TYM I have the RK55 TLB
I have a Mahindra 2638 and it’s identical to your tractor.
The Mahindra has a different engine. They are all made by TYM for RK and Mahindra.
