Unless the financial penalty is at least 2x what Fox has made since 2020 then there will be no punishment. Last year they made $14 billion, $13B in 2021 and $12B in 2020. That is $39 billion. A judgement for $80 billion would be a punishment. If they only get a $2 billion judgement that is just the cost of doing business and things will go on as before.
