I like how you consciously moved your attention through all joints and mentaly prepared the body for the upcoming activity. Are there any twisting movements as a warm-up that your had found useful as well? Thank you.
Do you feel that kettlbell sport is good for someone who will not compete? I am a martial artist, 47 years old, and just want to remain healthy and get stronger. Do you think the sport technique is worth learning and training for this purpose, or is the "hard style" better? And which is the original way of training in Russia? Thanks!
DMD 2172 I think hardstyle. Shorter learning curve and maximizes tension. I’ve tried kettlebell sport and I like it I think unless you want to compete you get more bang for your buck with hardstyle.
Kettlebell sport is great for anyone who want to be fit. Difference between professional and fitness man that professional constantly chasing his limits , going heavier and faster , always pushing and that causing a lot of mental challenges and risk of injuries. If you’ll go light 12-16kg kettlebells all the way to 24kg you’ll be safe and by using a kb sport programming will get to a very good shape. To learn the basics of kb sport will takes you a few weeks , might even faster based on your hard style experience. And I’m representing the original Russian way of training, I’m posting all of the exercises I do
@@DenisVasilevKettlebell thank you! I am constantly amazed at your ability and it is encouraging me to pursue kettlebell sport, though I am not likely to compete I would like to develop the strength and endurance required to go for 10 minutes!! Thank you for all you are sharing! God bless.
You are truly a professional!
