I just wanted to point out that the original game is Car Jack Streets as visible in the description at 0:35. This is just a reskin with some Vice City and GTA 1 characters instead of the original portraits. I suspect there were many other such reskins, as I remember playing one called GTA 4 (or 5, I'm not sure) on my old keypad Nokia back in primary school. I didn't know English back then so well, so I was very confused by some mechanics. For example, if you didn't play for some time and then came back to your save you were hunted down by the mobsters. This is explained in the overview - you are in debt to Italian mob and if you don't pay regularly, you will be killed. Kind of a stupid feature for an open-world game, but I had tons of fun anyway. Good times.
