I was very healthy up until I turned 40, however I'm living every day as a bonus or a blessing and spending every moment with my husband and kids, you never know they might find a cure

After that, I did take him to court. I'm sure he tried very hard to contact me. My friends and relatives told me that he'd been bugging them for my new address, but since I had shown them ALL the text conversations, not just this latest one, but the text conversations for the past year, or so, which shows him getting progressively worse. ALL of them agreed with me that he crossed a line, and agreed to keep my new location a secret.
He saw me for the first time in the courtroom, and tried to talk to me, but the judge ordered "Silence in court!" After reviewing the evidence of his mistreatment, the judge agreed with me. "Since you decided that your wife and son are NOT your family, this marriage is hereby dissolved, and you will have NO child custody. The boy is a stranger to you, just as is your ex-wife." I think the fact that I had a job that could support us both, and I did NOT ask for alimony or child support really helped sway the judge in my favor. And then, the judge declared, "The plaintiff has not requested alimony or child support. However, the law is clear, and you DO owe the custodial parent payment to support the child until the child becomes an adult. It's required by law, even if you don't consider the child your family, so you WILL be paying child support, to be paid in one lump sum, at once. And although the plaintiff has not requested alimony, I'm going to award the sum of $20,000 in damages for the emotional abuse, to be paid in one lump sum, at once. After that, the defendant is to have NO CONTACT with the plaintiff, or with the minor child in question. From this moment on, you are strangers, and must not contact, harass, stalk, or be within 500 feet, of either the plaintiff or the minor child. Court adjourned!" BANG goes the gavel!

I suppose he hasn't touched her since she gave birth to his "heir," whom he doesn't love, and never will. He probably only married her, in the first place, because his parents wanted him to have a LEGITIMATE child to carry on the family name. I once had a slight allergy to dust mites. I grew out of it but not everyone does.
Some allergies get worse over time. The ones that cause the throat to close up do not get better. You just have to avoid the allergen 100% of the time. They tend to be very specific too.

After living with his parents he wanted to go back to his old job but his company executives said no. I think it means either they don't like employees changing job locations twice in a couple of months or they had already replaced him with someone new at the larger location and did not want Dominic back there.

Because this is a TEXT channel, and they can't just have "speech bubbles," like in a comic strip.
Honestly, I would prefer it, if they would have speech bubbles, as well as texts. They could identify the difference between text conversations (which can be screenshotted and used as evidence) and phone conversations, and face-to-face dialogue, with a simple little blurb before each conversation.
"Texting with Julia" or "On the phone with Denice," or "In person with Frank." They already have a blub about the timing, so why not about what sort of a conversation it is?
Then, they can have all the dialogue they want, and have it MAKE SENSE. AND, when something is a text conversation, they can treat it as such, by saying things, like, "You realize you just put that statement in writing, right? And I have screenshotted it. Ooooooh, Henry is going to LOVE reading this!" While also having the "You can't prove what I said," bragging ACTUALLY MAKE SENSE! I get so tired of seeing people texting each other and still believing that nothing they say can be proven.
