The flexible back-protection almost seems too good to be true. I would have liked seeing a demo where they showed the shock protection to inspire some confidence. But if it turns out it offers sufficient protection I'm sure it will become a successful product.

Both of them having issues with the downhill mode being unable to lock in. We had to buy wd40 and windshield fluid to fix the issue. I would wait for the 2nd gen which should fix all known issues.
Thanks for gathering all this info and choosing some of the better products but honestly, 30 minutes is too long for 8 items. The quick gist of each product for a minute or two at most would be a lot easier to watch, in my opinion.

I think you have a point there, maybe we should do a short version of the best of or just cut it a lot shorter.... however last years best of was 7 products and almost 23 min long (ruclips.net/video/gTU8nYkouFo/видео.html), and is att 50K + views... so we kind of wanted to get the same result this year, but maybe we took it too far regarding length?
@@freeridese stomp it turturials made multiple vids there this year and they just gave everybody a short time to pitch their products. It was very easy to watch
Hidde Emmen jens gave them 30 sec each but it's not enough to learn anything useful about the products beyond 'yes it's an airbag and we made it light' which actually ended up being more of a waste of time.
Freeride I thought you did a great job and love the detail, it's a very difficult situation to try and control how long everyone speaks and you asked all the right questions beyond just basic catalogue information ie 'will the drone fly in trees?' etc.
Its more of a northern european thing, nothing to do with broken english. If you travel slightly east of Europe e.g Croatia and further East, they say ye ye ye ye
I don't understand why K2 dosent offer those boots in two different width? But the flex 100 is a different width? People with that feet want to ski BC swell.

I know few friends who had bad experience with the salomon shift lets hope that BAM can deliver what they promise!
What kind of issues are they having? I have old dynafits and was looking at a new setup.

Not into two part ski's. No matter what they do it would never be as good as a 1 piece ski
that HEAD helmet just looks ridiculous. I don't know anyone that would unironically wear that.
