Most of the older DS videos are only trying to say how cool they are and try to be inspirational. None will tell you the true pain of communication and convincing fearful colleagues.

The content is super cool. But just speak with a normal voice man - it will come out much more genuine, etc. That's the reason why folks are calling out the presenter's "ego", even though they don't know him at all. It's the voice and the in-character delivery. Just be yourself, and it will be awesome!
