"Gymnasium" is the type of school, it is like middle and high school in the US. So gymnasium is not the venue where they perform, it is the name of the school. ;) This was an annual concert they did. The band is made of pupils and teachers from that school. Agree, it is a great cover, one of the best choir performances I've seen from German choirs.
