A small A5 binder like that is absolutely the best way to keep everything for your character imo. I've tried many different approaches for character journals and session notes, but the binder easily wins. You can easily replace pages if needed, you can reorganise, redesign, and everything still looks neat and in place. Plus, you can have everything in one place - character sheet info, session notes, spells, inventory, and so on... I love how you did yours, very pretty! 😊
