This video presents the opportunity for our line dance club to see The J & J in the comfort of your homes. Then, we can get busy on Fridays, 7 PM, at our No Fault Line Dancing - First AME CHURCH, Plaza Level, 2270 South Harvard Bl., Los Angeles, Calif. 90018.
Hey J&J SoulfulSteps! I'm glad ya'll put up this instructional video! By just looking at someone do this, it would almost be impossible to learn!! But I finally got it down. Thanks!! ( I see where this dance is a couple of years old but I'm in the south and nobody has heard of it) I'll be teaching all of my friends this joint!!
I found a clean version of a song but its still kinda a lil raw as you said to teach the song can I ask where you got the instrumental version from was it on a Particular CD??
@tjlovea6 - We'd like to but we have sooooo many new dances that we need to put up, especially since we just came back from the 2nd Annual Southeast's Largest Linedance Party in Atlanta!!! OMG!!! We have about 20 new dances to put up. Our suggestion to you is to go to our youtube with the class doing the dance and keep trying, OK? Also, you probably don't know that we both work full time jobs and this is just a hobby for us. Keep on dancin!!!
Thank you thank you your great instruction helped this 65 year old finally learn this dance.

This is the best instructional video I’ve seen yet. Thank you so much
Thanks.. I do have it now!!
It's called Get Down by DJ Quik. We use the instrumental only version because the lyrics are too raw for our church location.
Great instructional. You did it nice and slow and I got it in 2 minutes!
Great!!! It's a good old dance!!
You're sooo welcome!
@mzfabulous2u - Just keep rewinding it and break it down slowly. You will get it soon!
If you check on iTunes you can find an instrumental version for 0.99 cents.
