What made Dong Hwan so appealing was the fact that he was so much more different than his father and all the Tae Kwon Do practitioners that have emerged throughout SNK history. Tae Kwon Do comes easy to Dong Hwan which results in him feeling less than challenged--hence the "Loose Genius". Since he doesn't feel challenged, he's developed an ego and a mischievous streak. This is all quite humbling since, at this level of dedication, he is able to match the fervent and zealous Jae Hoon. I wouldn't be surprised if Dong Hwan ended up being the strongest successor to Kim Kaphwan after fully applying himself to the art.

Dong Hwan is a goofy guy, even a lil mischievous and cocky, but even then, his skill at Taekwondo shows, thereby showing he really deserves the title “Loose Genius”.

I like Dong Hwan and Jae Hoon because despite their differences you can really tell that Dong Hwan has a lot of respect for his brother just by showing up in Jae's stage when he's not selected
Tarun Johal But Jenet, Gato, and Tizoc are in KoF at the same age they are in Garou and Jenet is only like a year older than Rock in Garou. KoF isn’t canon to Fatal Fury, so there’s no reason the Kim brothers can’t be playable and canon.

I used to call him "don juan" (pronunced the same as dong hwan) wich is the equivalent in spanish to calling someone a "Romeo" and i just kinda accepted that as my own little bit of lore for some reason.
