I have a problem with the word, "Always"....if I use that word, I want to do some fairly exhaustive research to be able to back that claim, especially if I'm in the role as a teacher. So, no, it is not an ALWAYS answer. I would highly recommend you practice it as an always for a while (that "while" duration could be 6 months, it could be 6 years) but eventually, you'll find reasons to not constantly alternate.
