These are selling faster than we anticipated. We got a bunch of aluminum yesterday to CNC the parts we make. We should have more in stock by early next week.
We find that for most projects we set it once to the coarse thickness of the board then we just use the fine adjust on the router to get to the right depth for flattening.

How much deflation is there on the rails when you are getting into a heavy cut?
Not much. We find that with a light cleanup pass at the very end you get a smooth finish.

Having to use a tool to adjust the height every time is a deal breaker for me. Seems like it would be super easy to switch to a tool free design.
