This is more meant for pvp I need to do a pve one too… The BiS perks differ between the modes since the internal mechanics are different. This causes some perks to give more resistance in pve vs others give more resistance in pvp.
Does Invig Punishment or Mortal Empowerment count towards your empower cap? Trying to see what perk i should use for a ring im crafting with Hearty, and Lightning Damage for my Boltcaster build
Hi bro, I play Light FS Rapier, but I’m not sure which is better: Featherweight with 2 Frigid or Tumbler. I play full shirking heals what do you recomend?
Tested Thorny reflection last night. When you are crit it hit's back only a single time (not a dot, like attunement). So when I get crit it was hitting back a single 80 dmg tick with about 1/4 of that absorbed. I can't see how this is BIS unless from a tank's perspective lowering crit on enemies is a priority.
It’s bc of elemental band synergy as I stated in the vid. It’s a free 4% generic empower for classes that run the elemental band where a normal perk like harnessing is 2% empower towards only 1 element. I agree w out this tech it’s a lot less useful.
@@mecr0w thanks for the reply. I came here looking for info on this perk, must skipped too far ahead. Seems pretty niche! :) I was going to swap thorny for freedom, but I'll give Hasted Vigor a go today.
absolute solide in depths video again from you. one question remains for me: how does 1 SF outperforms ele aver or ench wrd for dmg mitigation? love your vids
So there are a few key things with fortify. In general for heavy fortify’s mitigation is 1/2 the stated value. Med is 2/5, light is 1/3. So at 5.2% for heavy that’s 2.6% mitigation to all dmg. Enchanted ward in pvp is base dmg, so functions at about half value (so 2%) with less coverage to dmg variation. Therefore stat wise SF is technically a higher payoff, but it all comes down to SF uptime vs other perk’s dmg coverage.
@@mecr0w ty for the detailed explanation :) i am still on COPIUM hoping for old SF change. it would make sense since you have ench wrd and ele avers, where you just need to be alive to profit from it. bringing back old SF would make it skill required and balanced, i think
From your suggestion in your artifacts tier list, I’ve been using Tumblers + shirking heals x3 and it’s been very enjoyable in 3v3s/OPR. Love PvP but haven’t been involved in Wars so idk if it’s worth a damn in war but small scale bruiser build it’s been great
@@humbertopineiro834 I believe Ankh is only in the PvP track buckets? Fresh start/returning player so I’m having to learn all this stuff. I hope I get it early but from what I understand chances are slim Mecrow has been a great source 👍
I'm starting to get interested in wars and since there are a lot of assassins in my guild, I opted for void ice (debuffer). Which perks are a priority with the glacial set + the critical artifact hand? If there is content where you have already talked about it or someone good for me to study, can you recommend it?
I need to get to an updated ig vg guide... I'll for sure have one this week. You need magnetic gauntlets and scream, orb, and oblivion perks for it to work well. There are a lot of ig vg build discussions in the discord too.
S rank stamina?? man, it's 18% mitigation of the most unbearable damage in the game, a piece with vigor on the pvp platform is very valuable in my opinion
Thorny = meh.....IF... they crit you reflect back 7% base damage. It doesn't scale with hvy/crit hits. Like you said half an attunement. So reflect back like 150-175...woot, and then they get a reduced crit chance by 10% for 3s ...woot. Nah, better perks to take over that, I rate it not even a niche...imo.
yes, another hour long tierlist for NW. Thank god my house is a mess, now I get to learn something while cleaning it up
Lol
I love health as a bruiser for burst damage, with ele aversion and slash conditioning it's the best way to survive a crash
Are you planning to do PvE Armor Perk Tierlist?
yep! just not today bc I worked a 10 hour shift, watched a good football game, and ate a tub of ice cream
Great timing, new console players here and 3 of us are just starting to flesh out builds for Mutated Expeditions

Feather is better bc fs uses dodge for movement to create distance not to avoid dmg (typically)

Shirking heals is the king of perks Shirking heal plus anhk artifact.

shirking heals and healing breeze is op for any build
5:35 I think they fixed it a long time ago, bb shots doesn't instantly get you to 5 stacks anymore
It still works against the bb but offensively bb has an internal cd built into perks like refreshing move.
has shirking heals always had a 7s cd on proc
Used to be 5

Blocking >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> dodge
Why is elemental band busted with thorny reflection?
It procs elemental band so it’s like a free 4% empower. For reference harnessing is 2% only to one element and is commonly used.
what about HEALTH REDUCTION vs Healer?
The more healing is involved the less useful health is because dmg mitigation’s value scales on effective health (including healing)
invig is rly good agains spear/sin hatchet players
I use,encharted ward,invigorated, elemental aversión,in my paladín build,and im happy
