The reason some people prefer Silver Wolf is because Silver Wolf can be more reliable against attack types and counter attack beys, and can pocket (sometimes even burst) opponents. Whereas Wizard Rod is designed for one purpose, spin finish.
Man I remember the burst days when you would superglue a diamond to a beyblade for a mod, and now we’re here manipulating beyblade physics. I’m getting close to 18 and I’ve watched you since I was 11 and you still manage to make beyblade interesting for me!
Not sure if you're taking ideas, but maybe a Bey that maximizes IWD, rather than OWD? Something heavy, with most of its weight inwards, probably a left-spin with a focus on spin-stealing and destabilization with a low center of gravity? Not sure it would be any good, of course. But it would help showcase the difference weight distribution would make. Most beys you've shown so far seem to have high OWD, which makes sense. It's almost always better. But it would be interesting to see if making a powerful bey that weaponizes high inward weight distribution would be possible.
I think a custom bey tourney with ground rules like cant weigh over X (whatever the heaviest stock combo you can make is) , cant have a radius more than X length, and can't be more than 70% of a perfect circle would go nuts. Leaves plenty of room for creativity without the custom meta devolving into "Make heavy circle". This bey is a perfect example of creative but competitively plausible.
Idea for golem rock evolution: Golem Clay
Has the same jagged blades on a majority (but not by a lot) on it's wheel
Then, we could have three parts that extend out that would be made of rubber but can slide back on contact using a spring. each slider would have a weighty part inside of the slider portion that would help put some intertia back in the bey when the rubber sliders bounce back into place.
then keep to the same ratchet and do a bit like a bearing without the bearing, and the tip of it would be rubber.
The concept is a right spin spin stealer that can be a good defense type without sacrificing too much of it's spin.

The physics in this Smash Attack build are wild! I’ve been engineering a 54.5g real-world concept meant to be the absolute Apex of the X-gen. It's called Apex Chimera, and it uses an asymmetrical Stainless Steel armor to both parry and smash, an industrial Nylon core that acts as a shock absorber to kill burst recoil, and a dual-material POM/Rubber tip that mechanically switches from dead-center stamina to extreme counter-attacks. Just sent you an email with the blueprints-would love to see how a hyper-optimized hybrid like this holds up against the current meta!

It was really validating that, without any beyblade knowledge, my first thought was that one that attacked by lifting the opponent could theoretically be pretty effective without losing spin time, and that the conceptual idea worked

I feel Witch Staff would be more effective as an attack type, the wheel gives it great smash which seems to be the best counter to Wizard Rod

After watching a few videos, I feel that Shark Scale is really strong in this attack-weighted format. I see its attacks and it completely knocks out the other beyblade for 2 points and 3 points.
At the recent tournament, someone beat him with Shark Scale. Does anyone know where he finds these spreadsheets of which beyblade produces the most points? Cause I would playtest with Shark Scale and see if players are using a technique to up their win/rate -> winning games

You should try again on the perfect balance type bey. Something hexagonal shaped and based off a bee/wasp would be awesome. Something like 9-60 low orb or 6-60 level would work great for the combo

For your next beyblade ideas video, you should make some like Killer Deathsyther that actually works like it does in the anime with a disructive sythe part. Maybe it could be spring loaded and heavy.

hey man its a nice upgrade of wizard rod i like the design colour , theory and all, i got a suggestion i think wizard staff need a slight decrease in its height because your idea is to give destabilizing upper hits with the wave blade so it will work more by decreasing height and add a more stabilizing bit like hexa or something, since you destabilize other bey the opposite is also happening to your bey because of the recoil. if you are willing make to make it perfect please give it a try otherwise ignore it.

got an idea, quetzalcoatl from metal, but the blade is based on the spiral wheel, and its a balance of attack and defense, with the blades hitting hard, and moderate recoil, and can destablize beys.
