P2100 mazda fault code

P2100 finding the fix the code indicates there is a problem with the throttle body actuator motor circuit after checking the resistance across the terminals that has the green/white and the black wires the resistance was !.6 ohms that looks ok to me so then i back probe the connector and saw the signal was dropping out
