I have a microwave plus convection oven but most of the time my baked products are very bad, is it the machine which is playing the main role?

It's the measurements and technique, timings, settings that play a role never the machine fault

Yes, baking is a science👍not everyone can bcm a baker,it depends mainly on temperatures, climate measurements etc.. cooking is different from baking, cooking is not a rocket science though 🤩 but baking is.
