My consulting experience includes reading thousands of Housing Authority and Continuum of Care manuals, covering everything from Section 8 housing applications, operations, policies, procedures, assessment tools, HIMS, algorithmic ranking, data manuals and every piece of HUD and housing legislation written on subsidized housing in the last decade.
As a Section 8 consultant, I’ve had the pleasure of serving thousands of low-income housing landlords and Section 8 applicants in every state of the US. I’ve worked as both a consultant and a district manager at many of the best affordable housing properties on the market, and my greatest honor and privilege has been serving the thousands of homeless, disabled, seniors and veterans who need this housing most.

Wish I could afford a consult, but my PHA mishandled my port badly, and I've had to pay out of pocket for 6 mos. Arbitrary rule about permits for room addition I didn't know about. I'm in a wheelchair, and it took several YEARS to find an accessible place, that I badly needed, only to have them nearly make me homeless.

can i get a 300k prefab mobile home with my section 8 voucher on my own land? also if my only income is 800 a month? if not, how much should i have to make a month for section 8 to approve a 300k loan. Also does section 8 approve construction to permanent loans?

I have a LL almost 90 never had to follow the lease for 30 years renting to with illegals mostly. I’m autistic and have been threatened with ev. Dozens of times since the start. It’s a private contract (no gov $) I can’t pay for a consultation atm

Hello Boss, I live in San Mateo California on ssdi ,homeless. Sam mateo co said they havent given vouchers in the lasy year and dont plan on giving them out any time soon. Can they do this ? Do you know what agency I cn go for help. I plenty of peole are getting housed that we see in the last few months. Need help please Jay
