I imagine this fight was very cathartic for both of them. Yhwach finnaly facing the embodiment of the universe he despises, not to mention the architect of his fathers mutilation and imprisonment and his own death having lost his eyes due to Ichibeis plot.
Ichibei removing the final obstacle in his plans and the only threat to his absolute order. Killing the boy that he sees as the destroyer of 'his' universe.
