1, Baba Ijesha's side must be heard, you cannot condemn a man without hearing him out.
2, The young girl must be heard too because she is a victim in this case.
3, The girl's biological mother must be heard too to establish the authenticity of the girl's age as some people say the current age of the girl is twenty-four, though she has a very small stature.
The primary school living certificate of the child must be produced from the Ministry of education of the state where the girl attended primary school to corroborate the birth certificate.
4. What was the relationship between Baba ijesha and princess aside from movie acting, was there any clandestine love affairs between them?
5. Why did Princess not raise alarm since seven years ago, when she claimed that baba ijesha defiled the girl?
6.Is it possible for the child to ordinarily accept a sexual move from her erstwhile rapist, Baba Ijesha, just within five minutes they were alone in the house; don't you think she would refrain or shout?
7.was it true that Princess has ever aborted pregnancy for the girl before? At what time did that happen.
