Dang. Just keep you party members spread out, have Estelle use over limit to rapidly cast healing spells and rely on Yuri and Rita to chip away his hp.
@@enmanuellora4890 if you spam burst artes throughout the battle, you’ll do more damage than his healing. As far as his ridiculous mystic arte, keep Estelle and Rita(if you have her in the battle) as far away and keep Alexei on the other side of the field away from them. That’s what I do and it helps.
30 deaths in, and still stuck on normal on this boss. I swear I don't know how you get so many hits in without getting interrupted or stunlocked to oblivion.. 😅
@@DaBears08 He does do a number on the team, but I usually got by with one or two members still alive. I know his mystic arte doesn't always reach everybody but I never really found a consistent pattern to this (plus the AI seems to do it's own thing with character placement most of the times). Are you maybe under-leveled? It did help me to grind for a few levels, and a few skills I was missing. What really tipped the scales for me was realizing that mystic artes were not just a boss thing and that my characters could do that as well (yes I am an idiot). He didn't stand a chance after that..

I didn’t know my mystic and burst artes.....and I figured it out and actually looked my skill tree for all characters and I kicked his ass somehow after a few more tries. I did try to run more when I anticipated he’d go over limit. Thanks for the advice it def helped lol.

You should! I believe in you! If you can beat Alexei in Hard, you can beat any of the others bosses in Unknown Mode, I'm sure of it!
Geez. Hard mode? I beat like the rest of this game in Hard Mode, but I just gave up on this guy. Beat it in easy 😅 well done @RpgxEmily!

For me he just will do his limit skill and kill my whole team
