I love these! I started last year making ornaments for each of my children and grandchildren...when they are grown (& I am not around), they will have a collection of ornaments hand made with love!! Thanks!
So happy to find this video linked on Pinterest. I’m going to start a new tradition of making an annual ornament for my granddaughters first Christmas.
Sparkle-riffic beading project for Christmas! I think I'll make several for my tree before Thanksgiving. I need extra sparkles right now! lol. Sparkle on!
These are lovely! I've been looking for something fairly easy yet beautiful and elegant to go on a Christmas tree for a play. These are just perfect. Thank you SO MUCH!!!
I just watched your video and made a beautiful christmas icicle. Thank you so much for the tutorial. I used 20 gauge red wire with red, white and green beads. It is so beautiful....I'm going to make more!
I went to a thrift shop today and found a red beaded necklace with 7 large red beads and various other size red beads, I already had some end caps, filigree balls, and some gold wire. I made my first one, and I love it. I will be making more.
Totally nice. Look outside the box. Decorating establishments with a certain color ....let’s say for a holiday or cause. Even high class....to even colorful ice cream places would really be cool. How would you string them.? Thanks. Still looking at your video... lol. Thanks
Those pads/white blocks (are they acrylic?) that you used to flatten the hook - do you sell them? I looked on your site; couldn’t see them so though I’d ask if you do. If not, do you know where I could source them? Thank you for your time and thank you for sharing. 🌹Rosie of Oz🇦🇺 & 🐶Omega the Cavalier🐶. (my dog likes to watch RUclips with me😊)
Instead of wrapping the bottom tightly to the bottom bead you will need to create a wire loop and then attach the jump ring to that loop with the charm. In our Soft Flex VIB Studio Group on Facebook I know a few people shared this idea with a charm on the bottom to see. Free to join if you are not yet a member: facebook.com/groups/veryimportantbeader
I would do 3x the length of your icicle to ensure you have enough wire. If you plan on making a few, once you create your first one you can measure how much you cut off at the end and adjust to using less wire if possible. You don't want to run out of wire
Can I ask I'm gonna make some of these for a xmas craft fare I'm at on Saturday how many would you say in a pack I was thinking 6.but not sure what to charge maybe £8 then a 10 pack for £10 I really don't have a clue 😅 I've only recently started my business
Pricing can vary based on your supplies, your market, it's something you'll figure out with trial and error so I'm not 100% sure. That said I have sold these for around $15 a piece in shops local to my area. - Kristen
You can use any beads. The beads used in this design were from custom bead strands from Jesse James Beads. They carry these bead strands in lots of colors.
I'd lost count now how many times I have visited your website and nothing gets put in my car I've subscribed put in my email address everything you've asked and nothing.

The wire used here is Soft flex Craft Wire. It has a copper center and can be work hardened to about half hard.

We do! It's called a Wire Whacker, you can find it under Tools in the Wire Working section.
Here's' the link if RUclips allows it ... softflexcompany.com/wire-whacker/
Where can I find a wooden jig board
Can I ask a question. If I was to attach a crystal to the bottom , how would I go about it ? I tried a jump ring. . didn't work ? :(

need to know how long the wire is. can't cut about 3' and waste it, can't afford that. so how much does it take to make one? ty

You're going to need a little room to work with or you're going to end up wasting more if you don't.
I'm glad I watched past 30 seconds of the video because that was trippy with the feedback recorded that way...
Oh my! I totally forgot that happened! Maybe I’ll reshoot that this Fall! ❤️

Are you from England?
When you do these things, it sometimes helps if everyone else but you turn off the microphone. 😁
Not my finest moment! Oh well, beading goes on!

If you fast forward, it gets fixed. Sorry for the difficulty. I need to reshoot this one.
